What are your delivery charges across Pakistan?
We offer flat-rate shipping of PKR 250 for all orders within Pakistan. However, we provide free standard delivery on all orders above PKR 5,000.
How do I know which size will fit me best?
Each product page features a detailed size chart with measurements in inches. Since our ready-to-wear collections range from XS to XL, we recommend measuring a well-fitting shirt from your wardrobe to compare.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery services to all major cities and towns across Pakistan. You can also choose to pay via Credit/Debit card or Bank Transfer at checkout.
What is your return and exchange policy?
You can exchange any unused item with original tags within 7 days of delivery. Please note that sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless a manufacturing defect is present.
How long does it take for an order to reach me?
Orders within Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad typically arrive within 2-3 working days. For other cities, delivery may take 4-6 working days depending on the courier schedule.
Are the colors of the dresses exactly as shown in the pictures?
